Teach the standard, not just a syllabus.
Certification is per track — Purple Team, SOC Analyst, Networking, whatever you teach — graded against the Alliance Rubrics Kit, not a one-time generic exam.
Get certified in your track.
A bootcamp on IEA cloud labs that turns theory into practice, then a standards-compliance test scored against the Rubrics Kit. Pass, and you hold Alliance Certified Instructor status for that specific track — request certification for additional tracks any time from your instructor cabinet.
Get hired between schools.
Once certified, you're listed in the member-only Instructor Directory — visible only to schools with an active membership. A school that doesn't have a specialist for a new track yet can bring you in, rather than leaving the track untaught.
Exam attestation authority.
A certified instructor administers their own students' final exams under the Alliance Rubrics Kit — the Alliance methodology team audits a 5% sample of graded work as a quality check, not a rubber stamp.
